3. Refund Policy

Because we sell perishable fresh and frozen food items, our refund and returns policy is designed to comply with food safety standards.
1. Perishable Goods
Due to the nature of fresh and frozen foods, we cannot accept returns unless the product is:

damaged

spoiled
-
incorrect
You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and order details.
2. Non-Perishable Goods
Non-perishable items (e.g., packaged seasonings or merchandise) can be returned within 14 days, unused and in original packaging.
You must cover return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
3. Incorrect or Damaged Items
If we send the wrong item or it arrives damaged or spoiled, we will:

offer a replacement, or

issue a full refund
You may be asked to provide evidence (photos and description).
4. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before they are prepared or shipped.
Once items are dispatched or prepared, cancellations are not possible due to food safety considerations.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 working days.
If you have not received your refund, check with your bank or card issuer first.
