By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Products
We sell fresh and frozen fish, shellfish, meats, and other food items (“Products”).
All products are subject to availability. Images on the website are for illustrative purposes only.

3. Pricing
Prices are listed in pounds sterling (GBP).
We reserve the right to change prices at any time.
The price charged will be the price displayed at checkout at the time your order is placed.

4. Orders
You must ensure the information you provide is accurate.
Your order is accepted once you receive an order confirmation email.
We may cancel an order if:

  • the product is out of stock

  • there is an error in pricing or description

  • we cannot verify your payment

  • delivery is not possible to your location

If we cancel, you will receive a full refund.

5. Delivery & Collection
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
We cannot accept liability for delays caused by courier services or circumstances outside our control.
Cold and frozen items must be refrigerated or frozen immediately upon receipt.
If you fail to accept delivery at the agreed time, we are not responsible for spoilage.

6. Allergen Information
Our products may contain or come into contact with allergens such as fish, shellfish, crustaceans, gluten, soya, sulphites and other common allergens.
It is your responsibility to check allergen information before consuming.

7. Quality & Condition of Goods
If you believe the goods delivered are damaged, spoiled or incorrect, you must contact us within 24 hours with photos and order details.

8. Payment
Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.
We accept major debit/credit cards and any other payment options displayed on our website.

9. Liability
We are not liable for:

  • losses arising from incorrect storage of products

  • failure to follow cooking or preparation instructions

  • allergies where information was provided or requested

  • delays in delivery outside our control

Our total liability is limited to the value of the order.

You agree not to misuse the website or interfere with its operation.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Scotland.
